  • Are my personal information and payment details safe?
    Our website is using the Wix platform, and it has a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) certificate, which shows that we follow a high standard security procedure. SSL and other security techniques keep all information of our website users private, safe, and secure.
  • How fast do you ship?
    We will try our best that your order will get to you as soon as possible. We will use ground, first class, and priority shipping. Our handling time is one business day. Our cut-off time is 11:59 p.m. (ET). We ship on Monday through Friday. Sometimes, we will ship on Saturday, too.
  • Do you deliver locally?
    Upon request, we deliver orders within 5-mile radius from our location for orders of $50 and above. Please contact us to schedule for delivery.
  • Can I be a reseller of Alpha Global Prestige products?
    Absolutely. Please contact us for more details.
  • What modes of payment can I use?
    You may use Paypal, major debit and credit cards, or Zelle. (Please see the images below for the cards that we accept.) For Zelle payment, please use the email info@mixd-online.com for processing. Send us an email, or message on the chat box, with a screen shot of your Zelle transaction.
