Shipping Policy
We will be happy to ship your order as quickly as possible. We will process the shipment within one business day and send it through USPS (first class/priority) or UPS ground shipping. The delivery time will depend on the shipping option and its destination. Sometimes, there might be some delivery delays caused by inclement weather or other issues. If you have some concerns about shipping, please let us known as soon as possible.
We offer free standard/economy shipping on orders of $50 and above within the United States.
Return Policy
We will accept returns of unopened/unused products within 14 days after delivery of the order. The customer will pay for return shipping. We will issue a refund after we get the products back and inspect them. The refund process of your payment may take up to 3 to 5 business days.
If we commit an error in fulfilling your orders, such as sending you a wrong or damaged item, we will be happy to refund you, pay for return shipping, or tell you to keep the product.
